Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before the products have been shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email to contact@freshcrush.in with your order number and cancellation request. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the products have been received. However, if you have any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at contact@freshcrush.in, including your order number and details of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assist us.
Refunds
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
